By using Beitak you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

  • Using the platform — as a visitor, publisher, or service provider — means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Account & registration

  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • Beitak may suspend or close any account that violates these terms.

3. Listings & publisher responsibility

  • The publisher is fully responsible for the accuracy of their listing (price, area, location, photos).
  • You must have legal standing to list the property (owner or authorized broker).
  • Fake, duplicate, or misleading listings are prohibited.
  • All listings are subject to admin review before publishing; Beitak may reject or suspend any listing.

4. Prohibited content

  • Illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
  • Impersonation or use of fake data.
  • Any attempt to harm the platform or its users.

5. Subscriptions & payments

  • Some features require a paid subscription based on the chosen plan.
  • Prices and features are shown on the pricing page and may change with prior notice.
  • A subscription activates after payment; the refund policy announced at purchase applies.

6. Beitak’s role

  • Beitak is an intermediary platform connecting publishers, service providers, and seekers — it is not a party to any deal or contract between users.
  • Negotiation, inspection, contracting, and completing deals are the direct responsibility of the parties involved.

7. Disclaimer

  • We make an effort to review listings, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of every detail provided by publishers.
  • We always recommend inspection and verification before any payment or contract.
  • Beitak is not liable for any loss arising from dealings between users.

8. Intellectual property

  • The Beitak name, logo, and platform design belong to Beitak and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; any dispute is referred to the competent Egyptian courts.
